Seldon is amiable and rambunctious. He seems to have had a very safe trip. At this time Sheldon is fast (was) fast asleep. He has been with us for 12 hours and has adjusted well from his travels. My wife and I Wholeheartedly Thank Pawrade for the tender care that was given to Sheldon!

Other than zapping the fun out of adding our new puppy, the experience was outstanding. Our puppy as quickly integrated herself into the family as if she's been here for 5 years. Right off the truck and into the house and it's like she's been here forever. All the contractual rules and stipulations and requirements for various other things really zaps the fun out of the adoption process.

Words cannot express the gratitude that I have to Pawrade and their colleagues, PetPay and Puppy Wagon for bringing Georgia into my life. I have always had rescues, and large and even elderly at that. At this later season in life, I wanted a small baby. I have searched for one year. I almost fell prey to a scam about 6 months ago which stopped me in my tracks. When I came across Pawrades website with their endorsements and reviews, I knew I had found the way to my new baby. When I first discovered Pawrade I was skeptical because I didn't know anyone who went through them and wasn't the biggest fan of online purchases other than sites I knew about. One day I saw our pup Layla and inquired about her not thinking much about it and Pawrade was very responsive. I asked a couple general questions and they were able to get the answers I was looking for. Almost seemed to good to be true, (I'm a huge skeptic). When I asked more in depth questions they were able to answer all of them and put my mind at ease that this was a genuine site. Pawrade was very supportive through the whole process making it easy to get our pup. They even set up affordable transport that let us know where our puppy was the whole time. I would highly recommend pawrade to anyone looking for the right puppy for their home!

Going through a "broker" was a new experience for us, but all the people at Pawrade made the process of getting our puppy a very easy experience. Everyone was very helpful, and they answered our questions. They even arranged a call with us and the breeder so we could learn what we could do to make our puppy's transition as easy as possible for him. Our puppy is well-behaved, with a great disposition. He is healthy and a very pretty dog. We are grate to all the staff at Pawrade. Thank you.

This was a very good experience and a HUGE shout out to our concierge and breeder. They were so kind and patient. The main part of where I was satisfied was the trust in the process. There are SO many scams out there that I was very hesitant at the beginning of this process, fearing I wouldn't find a reputable source. I did in Pawrade. The only negative is that this was more expensive than had I gone out on my own. This was likely worth it given the trust that I could have in the process, but that would be my advice to someone who asked in terms of pros and cons. Thank you. He's already a natural fit for our family.

After being scammed a couple of times by previous sellers, I was pleasantly surprised. The representatives that brought my beautiful dapple “weinerdog” were right on time. In addition to my new dog, they brought new dog food, treats, etc. The whole experience was handled very well.

Amazing! Communication was so consistent. Every time I asked a question, my questions were answered them respectfully and nicely. They provided us with pictures of our puppy's parents and pictures of her. We bought a Rottweiler and she's full Rottweiler and healthy. She's the sweetest baby girl and amazing!! When we reserved her, it took her about a week for her to arrive! We got all the vaccination records and everything! I would recommend pawrade to anyone! One thing I would say is that she didn't come potty trained (pawrade did let me know that the breeders/owners were working on it) so I assume the potty training wasn't officially completed, and even tho I would've rathered her be potty trained, but I do keep the breeders into consideration about them having the parents and the puppies to take care of, so might've been very overwhelming. We're working on potty training, so we're not upset, she is just a puppy it's very understandable!! She's amazing and pawrade was amazing!
