Going through a "broker" was a new experience for us, but all the people at Pawrade made the process of getting our puppy a very easy experience. Everyone was very helpful, and they answered our questions. They even arranged a call with us and the breeder so we could learn what we could do to make our puppy's transition as easy as possible for him. Our puppy is well-behaved, with a great disposition. He is healthy and a very pretty dog. We are grate to all the staff at Pawrade. Thank you.

This was a very good experience and a HUGE shout out to our concierge and breeder. They were so kind and patient. The main part of where I was satisfied was the trust in the process. There are SO many scams out there that I was very hesitant at the beginning of this process, fearing I wouldn't find a reputable source. I did in Pawrade. The only negative is that this was more expensive than had I gone out on my own. This was likely worth it given the trust that I could have in the process, but that would be my advice to someone who asked in terms of pros and cons. Thank you. He's already a natural fit for our family.

After being scammed a couple of times by previous sellers, I was pleasantly surprised. The representatives that brought my beautiful dapple “weinerdog” were right on time. In addition to my new dog, they brought new dog food, treats, etc. The whole experience was handled very well.

What an excitement this journey has been !!!! And what a bundle of joy she's been since we first laid eyes on her. I've shared glowing reviews often to anyone who asked about Kylie and gleam at the very mention of Pawrade. Communication and assurance was nothing short of A+++ positive with all the features offered - discounts, payment plans, health guarantee, questions answered, video meeting with breeder and live feed. Despite our nervousness with her traveling days on the road, it was nice to be able to track her travels. She arrived freshly washed, just fine and sweet and we feel so blessed those guys delivered her in perfect condition. A year later, our Kylie continues to amaze us with her great dachshund personality. We got lucky, for sure. But we are ever so grateful for our experience with Pawrade and the great folks that make it all happen. Mahalo nui!

At first I was nervous purchasing blindly online. One conversation later, I was pleasantly surprised with the helpful woman in concierge. Every step was reviewed with me in detail.
