I am extremely pleased with our new puppy; she is beautiful and everything I hoped she would be. However, I have to say the process to purchase her was less than pleasant. There were way too many steps and different people involved, and the lack of communication in a timely manner about specific information, made the experience quite unpleasant. I can say that I have never had to go through an ordeal like this just to buy a new puppy. I'm sure others have used this service and have had better success, but as for me, I would not buy another dog this way, nor recommend it to anyone.

Great marketing to let people know of available puppies. Hardest point of sale for me was the last minute info of the breeder for pick up. I traveled over 900 miles in my vehicle with my entire family to pick up our puppy from the breeder. My suggestion to make this smoother would be after the puppy is paid in full give the buyer the information needed to make travel arrangements.

We are very happy with the communication of our various Concierges as well as with our delivery driver. Though the process was a little different than explained, we are very happy with the service and care. And of course, we are madly in love with our little bundle of puppy love! Koby received this morning and appears active. I had my picture taken with Koby and displayed a valid drivers license. The transfer from the Pawrade agent was smooth. I was kept informed of date and time the puppy transfer would take place. Good job. However, the process to acquire Koby was very difficult. 1. Due to a glitch in the Pawrade computer system, my valid drivers license was deemed invalid. Numerous conversations with Pawrade personnel were not helpful. Pawrade personnel continued to blame my input as the problem source. Finally, a Pawrade agent reviewed my entries and determined the problem to be in the Pawrade screening program. 2. The Pawrade computer system refused to accept my credit card information. After inputting several cards, the system accepted one of 4 valid credit cards.

Our puppy is a dream. He is exactly as was pictured, obviously from a fantastic breeder. He has a wonderful personality and is so smart and sweet. He arrived healthy and is doing incredibly well. The whole process was fantastic. There was a mistake in the transportation which had him delivered to the wrong state, but they immediately addressed the issue and brought our pup to us. This is the first time that I've used a service like this and it was all it said, it is clear that the animals are the priority and they come from good lines. Completely thrilled, we love our puppy.

We got a healthy puppy with no issues. Was a little skeptical with some reviews but we took the chance. We definitely over paid but wouldn't have found the dog we wanted locally without this service. I personally drove 10 hours each way to drive the puppy home myself. I believe shipping a puppy is cruel and makes the process worse and high risk. Overall we are happy

We purchased a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy from Pawrades. She is a sweet loving little girl. However, a number of things that were not perfect or even good. We did not find out that the breeder for this puppy was in eastern Ohio which is a very long way from northern Idaho. This caused an extremely long transport for our puppy to reach us. It was stated that the puppy had been de-wormed before travel. However she arrived with giardia and flea worms. She did not react well to the meds and we had to take her to an emergency vet. We have not yet found out if that is covered under the 30 pet insurance. Lastly, the day after our purchase we see on our facebook page that there is now a coupon for $250 off. When I called to see if that would apply, they said no as that coupon was if we wanted and additional puppy.

The worst dog I've ever had. I've had seven pedigree dogs and this is the worst, most intolerable puppy I've encountered. He barks 24x7; he's ruining our lives. Believe me, he has everything: adequate crate, furry pads, room to run around outside, toys, everything. The breeder did nothing to socialize this dog.
