Process for adopting my pembroke welsh corgi was easy. Pawrade was very good about answering my questions and keeping updated. My puppy was delivered by ground right to my door in timely manner. He came to me in good health and no illness from travel.

I was so pleased to finally get Sidney in my arms and enjoy him. The one thing that didn't like was the fact that I didn't get any information after I was told that he was in route. I was told that I would be sent a way to track his transportation. However I got nothing, I got a call telling me that they were 30 mins out. Which the call woke me up which came about 11:55 pm. Which meant that I had to rush and put things together for him. So having said all of that my major complaint was the communication.

From beginning to end the process went well and I always had someone to answer my questions. Our new Pembroke Welsh Corgi adjusted very well coming from transport to my house. She explored the house and romped around house with my kids for 3 1/2 hours before finding a quiet place to nap.

Overall ok but transport was delayed a lot. Initially told 7-9pm decided to call and confirm as the life 360 app was not great when getting conflicting information they said running an 1 1/2 hr later. Did not get her till 1:30 am almost 3hrs later. This was exhausting and didn't make for a fun time today.

We love our Corgi and love that she is healthy, sweet, and a great addition to our family. The breeders brought her to us, and were as nice, professional, loving, and kind as could be. We loved meeting them and spending time with the transition. Bre and Lois were very kind in communications from Pawrade, but many of the same emails sent (redundant), no information of breeder given until day of travel, which came across as shady, to the point we thought we were being scammed. But we were not and all worked out! Pawrade could do alot better with open and honest communication and allowing photos, videos, and health updates, as well as the all important breeder info. The breeder and her husband were so lovely and would have been great to support the transition differently instead of many emails with same content and seemingly never with the content truly needed. Still love our new Corgi with all our hearts and Pawrade allowed for that connection. Would not use again due to communications.

The most harrowing of experiences with the uttermost wonderful outcome. The puppy is a joy to behold. Pawrade people were very helpful and patient throughout. I would recommend this company with only one reservation, which is that the puppy price listed is not the only fee and that the final price is about one third to half more than the puppy price listed. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. If I was to do it again, knowing what I now know, I would not hesitate to use Pawrade.

I am very pleased with my experience with Pawrade and their associates. A lot of paperwork, understandably so, but the support associates were extremely helpful and understanding of any questions and help I needed. Transportation of my dear new boy was excellent and he arrived in wonderfully healthy and clean condition. His breeder must be given much credit for breeding, caring and socializing such a wonderful puppy as my new boy is. They are truly quality breeders and I thank Pawrade for vetting their breeders to be top quality. All in all I am extremely happy to have this new boy and my Pawrade experience. Very smooth. I wanted to zoom with the breeder, which Pawrade coordinated to ensure the puppy was happy and the parents were well taken care of. They kept me updated and answered all questions. Ground Transport updated my daily as to status and ETA. Our puppy is healthy and happy and adjusting very easily!
