At first it was a little overwhelming, but it is so worth it. The puppy arrived safely and was treated with much love on the way to his new home. The staff will guide you each step of the way and they are there when you need them. Once my new furry baby arrived, he had his first vet appointment and the VET and staff were impressed with the step by step detail and the paperwork completion. Awesome job... Plus my new furry baby boy is at my feet in my office just chillen while I work. Thank you so much for a loving pet.

There was a huge gap of time with lack of communication. After we paid for her, it was like, great thanks for your money! Bye! And it would sometimes take days to hear back when I messaged. During the day. But, that said, she's a perfect little girl who loves to snuggle and play. And we love her so much!

I have been very pleased with everything to do with getting my pup, now named Timmy. I was kept updated of every step along the way. Delivery was just as promised. It was obvious how well he was raised. He was healthy and very active. Actually, I believe he now owns our home. I have absolutely no complaints with my dealing with Pawrade and have no problem recommending them to anyone interested. There are so many dog scam sites on the web, and this is definitely NOT ONE OF THEM!

I could not be happier with the Pawrade outfit!!! They truly live up to their Puppy First Philosophy and take every precaution for ensuring each pups health, happiness, and wellbeing!!! For that I am eternally grateful!!! The only criticisms I have are, updated communication on the arrival time of Enzo could have been more accurate and consistent!!! The second criticism is the online Transfer of Ownership document was emailed to far in advance of my receiving Enzo and the link expired before I could sign it upon the receipt of Enzo!!! All in all an awesome experience working with Pawrade!!!

I started out impressed with the way this company handeled the whole process of adopting a dog from a breeder. It was my first time doing this. But when it came time to pick up our puppy, the travel pet nanny was unable to make the first flight and then again it happened a few days later because they have to fly stand by. I would have rather just flown to Arkansas myself and picked him up. The stress of not knowing if he was able to make it to the breeder to pick up our dog and then make it stand by to drop him off to us was frustrating. Also had to stay overnight, must have been a lot on the dog. Don't think I would use them again. But we love our puppy and happy he finally made it to us!!!

Ernie is doing great! Eating, drinking, playing!. I gave him a warm bath upon arrival and have given him the Nutri-Cal last night and this morning. He absolutely loves being snuggled! He did well sleeping last night in the crate/kennel we have set up in our living room! Thank you very much!!
